For domestic orders, our standard shipping is FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Based on weight, dimensions and shipping address, shipping cost is automatically calculated on the cart/check-out page, and will be added to the total price. Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to process, depending on product availability. Once processed and shipped from our warehouse, the shipment tracking number will be emailed. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery. For expedited orders, we charge an additional shipping cost depending on the service requested.
For international orders, our standard shipping is FedEx International Priority or Economy. Based on weight, dimensions and shipping address, shipping cost is automatically calculated on the cart/check-out page, and will be added to the total price. Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to process, depending on product availability. Once processed and shipped from our warehouse, the shipment tracking number will be emailed. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery (i.e., customs processing takes time). The shipping charge does not include customs and duties. Taxes/duties/customs will be assessed to the buyer when the package comes to the destination country. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance. We kindly recommend reaching out to your government authorities for comprehensive information regarding import regulations and procedures.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind. However, if you have anything that does not satisfy you, please contact our sales team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We guarantee to satisfy you.
If you receive items as defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with the order number and proof of damage. You have 15 days from the delivery date to claim damaged items. After approval, we will send replacements at no charge or will issue a credit memo. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on purchases, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If we request returning the damaged products, products must be received in our warehouse within 2 weeks of the return label emailed. If we do not receive it within 2 weeks, we cannot process your return for the credit.
We only process returns on products purchased at professional.orgaid.com. If purchased through our distributors, please contact them to receive assistance.
Returned items from a customer
if you receive a return from a customer, we will give the same amount of credit that you can use for the next order. You must provide us a proof of refund to the customers.
We are not responsible for stolen packages once they are delivered. If you would like to request the signature confirmation service, please note we do charge a fee of $7. Also, we are not responsible for missing packages with an incorrect address provided. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if the package is missing during shipping. we will send new products at no charge or will issue a credit memo.
